Brampton Market Sees Modest Price Softening and Shifting Inventory Dynamics


Over the past 12 months, Brampton’s price trends have experienced moderate fluctuations, with the latest average sold price in January 2025 at approximately $985K, which is quite similar to January 2024’s average of around $982K. However, the HPI data reflects a one-year decline of about -1.91% alongside a three-year decrease of -21.37%, indicating that while long-term figures (5-year up 35.61% and 10-year up 124.53%) remain positive, the more recent period has seen some cooling and slight downward pressure on prices. The data also reveals that listing-to-selling ratios have remained near 99-101%, suggesting that transactions are happening close to the list price despite overall price adjustments.
